■ JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Executive will be responsible for executing day-to-day sales activities and generating new business for the company.
This role focuses on meeting established sales targets, maintaining good relationships with assigned customers, and handling routine inquiries and quotations.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, goal-oriented individual with a basic background in industrial or technical sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a sales team.
■ DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales & Lead Generation
Conduct daily sales activities to meet assigned individual revenue and volume targets.
Identify potential leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the customer base.
Conduct regular customer visits to pitch products, follow up on leads, and build relationships.
Gather information on competitor pricing and market trends to report back to management.
2. Customer Relationship Management & Sales Admin
Maintain regular contact with existing and assigned customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat orders.
Handle daily customer inquiries, prepare and issue standard quotations, and follow up on sales orders in a timely manner.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve basic after-sales issues or delivery delays for customers.
3. Internal Coordination
Work closely with internal teams (Sales Support, Technical Service, Warehouse/Logistics) to ensure orders are fulfilled and customer requirements are met.
Attend internal team meetings and actively contribute to team goals and discussions.
4. Product Knowledge
Develop and maintain a clear understanding of the company's product specifications, features, and benefits.
Learn to identify customer needs and recommend the right products or standard solutions with the help of the technical team.
5. Marketing Support
Assist the team during exhibitions, trade shows, and company events to promote products and attract new customers.
Help distribute marketing materials during client visits to increase local brand awareness.
6. Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, sales pipelines, and daily activities.
Prepare regular weekly/monthly sales reports and activity updates for the Sales Manager.
Ensure all sales documentation and transactions comply with standard company procedures.

■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
・Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial equipment sales, with at least 1 years in a managerial or leadership role.
・Ability to travel locally and internationally as required.
・Proven track record of territory business development and strategic sales growth.
■ ADVANTAGES
・Strong background in heat exchangers, valves, pumps, boilers, cooling systems, or HVAC industries preferred.
・Previous working experience in Japan company
■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
・Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
・Based in or willing to relocate to overseas.
