  • 仕事内容

    • Oversee daily production activities to ensure targets for quality and output are met
    • Plan, execute, and monitor production operations and processes
    • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, company policies, and legal requirements
    • Monitor and achieve departmental KPIs, addressing any performance gaps
    • Identify and coordinate staff training related to ISO and production processes
    • Promote and enforce safe work practices across all operations
    • Ensure machinery, equipment, and tools are well-maintained and safe to use
    • Oversee proper handling of chemicals and availability of Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
    • Ensure correct use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
    • Maintain First Aid facilities and support emergency preparedness activities
    • Support risk assessments (HIRARC) and implementation of corrective actions
    • Ensure work instructions and procedures are clearly understood and followed
    • Report and investigate incidents, including near-misses and participate in related follow-ups.
    • Maintain accurate production records and ISO documentation
    • Participate in audits, ISO activities, and management review meetings

  • 応募条件

    <Requirements>
    • Min. Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
    • Min. 3 years’ experience in products technical design especially in metal products.
    • ISO experience (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001). Basic understanding is good enough
    • Has experience in supervising team members

    <Advantageous>
    • Strong leadership with good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Solid understanding of product quality and production processes
    • Knowledgeable in the proper use of safety equipment
    • Able to prepare clear and effective work instructions for workers
    • Experience in ISO systems management.
    • Strong analytical and simulation capabilities.
