  Summary
  The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Kuala Lumpur sales team, focusing on Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés (HORECA) and Wholesalers. This role drives sales growth, achieves revenue targets, strengthens key customer relationships, and develops new business opportunities. The Sales Manager will also coach and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance and sustainable business growth.
  
  Job Responsibilities
  - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  - Expand existing accounts and acquire new customers in the HORECA (hotel, restaurant, café) and wholesale sectors.
  - Identify new business opportunities through market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
  - Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
  - Optimize and manage pricing, product mix, and profit margins.
  - Lead, manage, and motivate the Kuala Lumpur sales team.
  - Set KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular sales reviews.
  - Develop team members through OJT, coaching, and performance feedback.
  - Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and operational efficiency.
  - Manage accounts receivable, sales forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  - Contribute to business growth through proposals on product strategy, promotions, and market expansion.
  - Represent the company in client meetings, events, and exhibitions to strengthen brand presence.
