Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize performance
- Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for team members
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, especially distributors and channel partners(Around 30 Clients)
- Actively engage in direct sales activities, including client visits and negotiations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling and prospecting
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine strategies
- Collaborate with internal departments to align sales efforts with business objectives
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development
