This role is responsible for coordinating maintenance operations and ensuring smooth execution of equipment-related activities.
You will manage schedules, track service progress, oversee inventory, and handle communication with Japanese headquarters and clients.
The position also involves client coordination on technical matters, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
-Manage the scheduling of the maintenance team
-Oversee shipment status of stored machines and manage schedules for incoming equipment
-Track progress of machine issues, including breakdowns and recommended parts replacements, using CRM
-Manage inventory of machine parts
-Handle client coordination for machine-related matters (non-sales role), including communication with Japanese headquarters and clients

[Must]
-Possession of a valid personal vehicle
-Minimum 5 years of experience in machine maintenance, equipment maintenance, or technical service
-2 years of team management experience
-Hands-on experience in installation, repair, and after-sales service
-Japanese language proficiency (ability to handle email correspondence and communicate with clients and suppliers in Japanese)
