Summary
This role is responsible for managing and growing key accounts across Modern Trade channels by driving sales strategies, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key accounts across Modern Trade channels
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key buyers and partners
- Coordinate and act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams (sales, finance, logistics, marketing, etc.)
- Develop and execute account plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue and cost targets
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews for management and key customers
- Plan and execute planograms and in-store initiatives to enhance brand visibility
- Provide direction to sales teams and monitor execution against plans
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Conduct market and store visits to monitor execution and gather market feedback

- Working experience with retail buyers directly.
