• 仕事内容

  - Responsible to perform technical and engineering duties according to all related compliance
  - Prepare engineering design, specification, costs and quantity estimate of work project; obtain required easement or permit from local authority
  - Provide engineering support to development review process, including support during hearing/pre-application conference/planning commission meeting/kick off meeting
  - Prepare request for proposal and bid, review contract bid and proposal, assist in the coordination and review of consultant design work
  - Review and check adequacy and accuracy of computation, preliminary layout and design work from the field and survey data
  - Research applicable code, regulation and requirement for assigned project, develop engineering plan and compile preliminary layout of plan, write specification for plan, coordinate required advertising for bid, perform construction management, advise contractor and site supervisor during actual construction
  - Review developer plan and specification within scope of knowledge for the appropriate design of public work project and compliance with city standard
  - Represent Project Manager on Project Management issue in absence of Project Manager
  - Monitor of construction project and prepare progress report
