Summary
This role is responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, including invoicing, expense management, and financial closing activities. The position also works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate financial records and smooth accounting processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Issue and manage invoices and receipts
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including balance reconciliation
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
- Review and process expense claims in accordance with internal policies
- Input and maintain accounting data using accounting systems
- Assist with tax filing and audit-related matters in coordination with tax advisors and auditors
- Support budget management and monitor actual performance against budget
- Handle accounting-related inquiries from internal departments
