  - Manage Facility team and track monitoring systems relevant to the operations to ensure output is met.
  - Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of buildings to ensure that they meet health and safety standards and the legal requirements.
  - Liaise with equipment suppliers and local authorities related to environmental, safety and utility providers on compliance with technical matters.
  - Identify operational resource requirements to meet the needs of the operations.
  - Manage the scheduled and general waste disposal in accordance to the legal requirements, while managing the budgets and keeping records.
  - Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments.
  - Develop, motivate and challenge the team members to perform their full potential, providing direct and timely feedback for the benefit of the company and culturally embedded “Safety First” mentality.
  - Overseeing and accountable for fulfilment of the implementation of all activities in the Facility scope of works to achieve the quality objectives and key performance indicators.
