  Summary
  Oversee QC systems and procedures, ensure product quality meets standards, manage ISO/QMS compliance, prepare reports, support audits, and supervise QC staff.
  
  Job Responsibilities
  - Ensure all QC systems and procedures are implemented effectively.
  - Check and approve all inspection documents and data sheet reports to confirm product quality meets chemical composition standards.
  - Liaise with external bodies regarding calibration requirements, including arranging, conducting, and reporting on calibration, and updating the schedule.
  - Manage ISO requirements related to the Quality Management System (QMS) and attend relevant monthly meetings (QMS, EMS, S&P).
  - Plan QC staff work schedules and provide training to new and existing QC staff.
  - Routinely prepare relevant reports (SPC charts, Monthly Cp Graphs, Finished Goods Summary Reports, GR&R, etc.).
  - Assist with all QMS & EMS internal and external audits, as well as customer audits and audit checklists.
  - Carry out any other duty as instructed by superiors.
