  Responsibilities
  - Leading and managing chemical laboratory operation in meeting overall company goals targeted towards customer satisfaction.
  - Develops programs / techniques to evaluate new material for quality and cost improvement.
  - Develops analysis method for new chemicals.
  - Overseeing and responsible for continuous improvement programs to improve productivity and product quality.
  - Responsible for optimization of chemical parameter and analytics method.
  - Responsible for the chemical inventory and chemical store management.
  - Developing subordinate to meet company expectation and goals.
  - Responsible for precious metal usage, reclaim and top-up.
  - Troubleshooting and maintenance for entire process lab equipment.
  - Monitoring analysis results from Technician & Operators.
  - To handle other tasks and duties as and when requested by superior.
  
  Authorities
  - Top Up Gold / Nickel / Solder.
  - Purchase chemical.
  - Issuance or receive chemical inventory.
  - Approved subordinates leave, overtime.
  - Review and approve subordinates performance i.e: confirmation, extention, promotion.
  - Manpower / job allocation, hiring, shift
  - Arrangement for Lab Department.
