    We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Automation Engineer to play a pivotal role in the design, commissioning, and optimization of our new production plant. You will be responsible for translating design concepts into a fully functional, world-class automated manufacturing operation.

    This is a rare opportunity to be a foundational member of the team that will design and bring this cutting-edge, highly automated facility to life.

    1. System Design & Implementation:
    • Design, develop, and optimize custom PLC/HMI programs (Siemens platform preferred) to maximize manufacturing efficiency and reliability.
    • Architect and build real-time production dashboards for comprehensive performance monitoring and data-driven decision-making.
    • Develop and implement predictive maintenance systems to proactively reduce downtime.

    2. Plant Commissioning & Operational Readiness:
    • Lead and execute on-site commissioning, system integration, and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) of automated processes.
    • Develop and finalize all system documentation, including SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and maintenance manuals.
    • Train and mentor cross-functional teams (production, maintenance) on the operation and maintenance of new automated systems.

    <Requirement>
    • Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
    • Min. 5 years of experience in automation engineering, specifically within a manufacturing environment. Experience in cryogenics, process engineering, or heavy industrial sectors is highly advantageous.
    • A demonstrable portfolio of successfully completed automation projects from design to commissioning.
    · Must possess own reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
    · Willing and able to commit to significant on-site work during the commissioning phases

    <Technical Skills>
    · Expert-level proficiency in PLC/HMI programming (Siemens TIA Portal strongly preferred).
    · Hands-on experience with SCADA systems implementation.
    · Knowledge of Industrial IoT (IIoT) concepts and integration
    · Proven experience in control panel design, interpretation, and creation of electrical schematics.
    · High proficiency in AutoCAD for system design and layout.
    · Formal training or proven experience in Project Management, with the ability to manage timelines and resources effectively.
