  Job Summary:
  We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer in road construction or pavement projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality standards to ensure that all construction activities comply with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Develop and implement Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plans, inspection checklists, and method statements for road works and pavement construction
  - Perform regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, material quality, and compliance with specifications
  - Coordinate with consultants, clients, and site teams to address quality-related issues and resolve non-conformances
  - Conduct materials testing (e.g., asphalt, aggregate, concrete) and ensure results meet project and industry standards
  - Maintain proper documentation and records including test reports, inspection logs, and quality control plans
  - Review drawings, technical specifications, and method statements to ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements
  - Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for quality issues
  - Assist in handover documentation and project quality audits
  - Ensure adherence to ISO or equivalent quality standards
