  ・Understand customer business and operational needs to provide tailored logistics solutions.
  ・Act as a communication bridge between the customer and internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate delivery of customer requirements.
  ・Liaise with internal counterparts and relevant authorities to ensure full compliance with applicable regulations.
  ・Conduct regular virtual meetings with clients to review performance, address service issues, and strengthen relationships.
