    • Identify, document, and track defects; work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
    • Continuously improve test automation frameworks and recommend best practices for integrating AI into QA workflows.
    • Mentor and guide junior QA analysts on automation and AI testing techniques.
    • Analyze test results, generate detailed reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies in AI testing and automation.

    <Requirements>

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 4–6 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
    • Proven experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
    • Hands-on experience with AI-based testing tools and technologies (e.g., Testim, Applitools, Mabl, Functionize, or similar).
    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.

    <Advantageous>

    • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
