    • Brand Strategy & Campaign Development: Lead the creation and execution of brand campaigns that build strong brand affinity, trust, and long-term engagement with our audience.
    • Brand Performance Tracking: Monitor brand health through key performance indicators, market data, and consumer feedback. Analyze results to improve brand performance and campaign effectiveness.
    • Content & Activation Management: Guide the team in developing engaging content and brand activations across both digital and offline platforms, ensuring a consistent and inspiring brand presence.
    • Community & Partnership Engagement: Identify and nurture partnerships with relevant communities and like-minded brand partners to enhance brand relevance and reach.
    • Influencer & Social Media Oversight: Oversee influencer marketing programs and drive strong brand engagement across social media channels. Leverage insights to refine social strategies.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—including marketing, sales, product, ecommerce, creative, and operations—to ensure alignment in brand messaging and execution.
    • Budget Management: Manage brand budgets effectively to ensure cost efficiency and strong returns on investment.
    • Market & Trend Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends and competitive activities to support proactive and future-ready brand strategies.

  • 応募条件

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
    • 7-10 years of brand management experience within the FMCG industry, preferably in wellness, beauty, or skincare industry.
    • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Able to turn consumer insights into impactful brand actions
    • Digitally savvy, commercially minded, and experienced in digital marketing and social media
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Understands and connects with wellness-focused consumers, especially modern women who value personal care, self-care, and emotional wellness
    • Relates well to consumers who lead busy lives balancing career, family, and self-care routines
    • Well-groomed, confident, and appreciates professional presentation
    • Passionate about sustainability and naturally drawn to eco-conscious, responsible brands
