    Responsibilities:
    * Coordinate with destination and customer for shipping instruction
    * Booking of flights with procurement team.
    * Arrange shipments collection with customers and Traffic Team
    * Basic knowledge on cargo commodity as per lATA rules and regulation
    * Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly
    * Maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
    * Handle all customers' enquiries timely and effectively
    * Work closely with internal operations to meet customers requirements
    * Ensure compliance with customers Standard Operating Procedures
    * Ensure all data are updated correctly in system
    * Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements
    * Monitors progress to achieve month end targets
    * Work with billing team to close off jobs and issue invoice

  • 応募条件

    - Education Background : At least diploma in logistic / supply chain

    - Experience : At least 3 - 4 years of experience in Airfreight and familiar with export process

    - Require Skill :
    * Able to speak and write in Mandarin
    * Computer literate including proficient in using Microsoft Office.
    * Self-discipline, initiative, responsible and independent in a fast-paced environment
    * A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
