    ・Manage and develop department operations comprehensively.
    ・Oversee and manage the project design team, providing design drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM) for Company products/systems.
    ・Assist sales team in designing Company products and systems, addressing technical problems during tender proposals, and producing proposal drawings and Bill of Materials.
    ・Support sales & business development team in producing Construction Drawings, BOM & etc for new project handover.
    ・Collaborate with project team on design issues, producing standardized construction with calculations and detailing for the complete design and execution of Company products and systems.
    ・Work with General Manager and project team on system customization for special projects.

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・At least 5 years of experience in a design engineering working environment, with additional preference for expertise in Building M&E services.
    ・Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD & BIM
    ・Minimum degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent..

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Strong computer literacy.

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    ・Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    ・Independent, proactive, result-oriented, and possesses good interpersonal, technical, and leadership skills.
