  • Develop and implement cost control strategies to ensure budget adherence and cost-efficiency.
  • Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Work closely with the R&D team to identify and source new materials for cost optimization and product improvement.
  
  𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure a cost-effective and reliable supply of materials.
  • Negotiate favorable terms, prices, and contracts with suppliers while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Analyze and evaluate supplier performance, market conditions, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Addressing and resolving supplier issues, including delays, quality concerns, and compliance matters.
  
  𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels.
  • Implement inventory control procedures to prevent shortages and excesses.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate requirements and delivery schedules
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistency in the quality and timely delivery of materials and services.
  
  𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬:
  • Coordinate and manage import processes, including shipping logistics, customs clearance, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Coordinate the return of containers and isotanks immediately after unloading to avoid demurrage charges.
  • Work with logistics providers and the global supply team to ensure competitive rates and efficient delivery of materials.
  
  𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the supply market trends & developments, pricing, and availability in the region.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products.
  • Assess potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
  
  𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞:
  • Ensure purchased materials meet required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with quality control and production teams to resolve any quality issues.
  • Conduct regular audits of supplier facilities and processes.
  
  𝐄𝐑𝐏 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
  • Utilize ERP system to manage purchasing processes, including issuing POs, price maintenance, receiving goods, and entering costs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of purchasing data into the ERP system.
  
  𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities, costs, and supplier performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the organization by optimizing purchasing processes and by applying an efficient communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
