仕事内容
• Liaise with oversea customers & suppliers on the sports accessories sourcing
products.
• Liaise closely to coordinate and follow up with overseas vendors/customers,
including dealing with freight forwarders on the delivery date, quotes, and
destinations, to ensure on-time and accurate submission of shipping documents.
• Monitor the shipment status and understand the shipment lead time for each
country to ensure that shipments meet the buyer's requests.
• To generate weekly or monthly reports for all supply chain and logistics
operations.
• Maintain proper filing system & ensure effective document control for the easy
access & retrieval.
• To prepare and handle both international and domestic shipping documents.
• Set up proper product data, code creation, manage packaging & shipping instruction.
• Liaise closely with vendors to measure production plan conformance and ensure production meets the schedule.
• To assess the vendor performance and monitoring production capacity, updating information for sourcing team members.
• Communicate and drive implementation opportunities for global customers.
• Responsible for the procurement of negotiation term so as to provide customers with optimal supply assurance, pricing, flexibility, quality and delivery performance.

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma holder in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
• Candidates must possess own transport.
• Proficiency in the use of desktop applications and window-based programs.
• Knowledge in SAP system is preference.
• Good team player who is independent and self motivated.
• Responsible, good negotiation and communication skills.英語
