  Responsibilities:
  - Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies to meet the organization's goals and objectives
  - Oversee all aspects of the procurement process, including planning, sourcing, purchasing and delivery of goods and services
  - Identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate supply agreements to ensure the best possible terms
  - Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business needs
  - Monitor and analyse market trends, prices and conditions to identify opportunities for cost savings or improved supplier performance
  - Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable pricing, terms and conditions
  - Resolve any supplier- related issues or disputes that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
  - Develop and maintain procurement metrics and reports to track performance and identify area of performance
  - Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to procurement
  - Any other duties that may be adjusted according to the needs of the department from time to time
