  -Responsible for the marketing management of product, solution or services offered by the company and project/activity as assigned by General Manager of Marketing.
  -Provide guidance to product and services marketing subordinates in managing the lifecycle of products/services. Work with product team to capitalize on market
  -Identify and package relevant products and services catering to market needs and trends. Predicting the next wave of requirements through comprehensive execution of marketing strategies which includes “Go-to-market” model, product objectives/vision,
  pricing structure, promotional activities, and partners’ program.
  -Work with Senior Management to contribute to the creation of business framework to support services business. Drive and manage the Services portfolio in optimizing the key results areas to meet the company’s business directions & financial targets.
  -To plan, implement and measure marketing programs and event/activities to analyze its effectiveness. To lead and guide marketing/product executive in ensuring marketing activities and operations are executed timely, efficiently and within the A&P
  budget allocated.
  -Review sales forecast and assist in inventory management through product managers. Recommend and take appropriate actions to ensure healthy stock level.
  -Work within marketing and cross functionally (e.g. Sales, Finance, Service) to ensure marketing stays relevant within the ecosystem of company’s BSC (balance scorecard) in achieving its goals/objectives.
