<Job Summary>
- Responsible for the assigned product portfolio sales target and market share achievement.
- Responsible for the product go to market atrategy (setting vision, direction) and life cycle management from product launch, promotion programs and communications to product EOL management to market.
- Plan and develop the marketing programs and activities to promote the assigned products to achieve sales target and within budget.
<Key Accountabilities>
- Plan and develop Go-to Market Strategy which covers products / market segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation for assigned product portfolio.
- Manage product marketing plans for product portfolio assigned such as marketing programs roll-out, sales leads generation and end-user communication strategies (e.g. Roadshows, product launch, partnership or webinar / workshop)
- Work closlely together with sales team on projects / tenders for project pricing and liaise with Regional for stock allocation.
- Monitor changes in the marketplace and identify gaps and opportunities for new sales / market opportunities via collaboratiosn with 3rd party products or solutions.
- Management and control the stock inventory and purchase for the assigned product portfolio to ensure below aging target.
- Managing individual Advertisement and Promotion (A&P) budget for product portfolio assigned with associated activities.

- Education Background
>> Degree / Diploma in related course of studies such as Business Administration, Information Technology and Marketing Communications.
- Experience
>> Over 4 years of working experience in channel management, product marketing, end-user management in printing solution line.
- Skill:
>> Prodcut Marketing - Plan & Develop Go-to Market Strategy, defining product's positioning and messaging and launching products and promotions to the market.
>> Market Analysis - Analyse, interpret and summarizing key points from research / sales reports in terms of market sizing, customrs segments and buying patterns.
>> Good interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to communicate, interact, and work well with individuals and groups (e.g. across functional department)
>> Marketing Program - Develop marketing programs to promote products to targeted customer segment in both online and offline platform to cultivate sales opportunity (e.g. webinar, lead generation, social media marketing, sales promotion to end-users and channel partners)

Total Salary = RM 5,000 ~ RM 7,000
- Annual Leave
>> Less than 5 years: 14 days
>> Equal to or more than 5 years: 18 days
>> Equal to or more than 10 years: 21 days
- Medical Leve
>> Less than 2 years: 14 days
>> Equal to or more than 2 years: 18 days
>> Equal to or more than 5 years: 22 days
- Public holiday fall on Saturday --> entitle to a replacement leave
- Zero medical leave incentive = RM 400
** Entitle to employee who does not take medical leave in one year
- Business mileage claimable: RM 0.60 / km
- Outstation allowance : RM 50 / day (more than 150 km travel in Malaysia)
