    Basic Functions:
    1. Shipment arrangement from warehouse to customers.
    2. Arrange importation from oversea to Malaysia.
    3. Verifying and approving bills from service providers, and recovering such expenses from customer.
    4. Managing delivery schedule and try best effort to fulfil customer’s requirements

    Job responsibilities:
    1. To compile customers’ delivery instruction.
    2. To prepare delivery instruction to warehouse.
    3. To monitor shipment from warehouse to customers.
    4. To collect shipping document from vendors and arrange importation.
    5. Provide custom document to forwarding and haulage company, and monitor shipment movement.
    6. Prepare Direct Selling Expenses for payment purpose.
    7. Delivery control (delivery adjustment with vendors)
    8. Quality issue coordination.

    Personal Specifications:
    1. Ability to communicate with customers, warehouse team, forwarding team and inter-department effectively.
    2. Ability to plan and execute daily tasks effectively and efficiently.
    3. Ability to analyse issues occurred, present and discuss the issues with all related parties.
    4. Possess strong commitment and untiring effort behaviour to complete assigned tasks on time.
    5. Ability to promote new ideas (cost down, improvement) to the team.
    6. Possess high morale and ethics in carrying out responsibilities.

  • 応募条件

    1. Degree holder or equivalent
    2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in logistics, shipping, warehouse or equivalent
    3. Basic excel, intermediate level is preferred
    4. Ability and adapt to changes for improvement
    5. Logistic knowledge
