  • 仕事内容

    - Develop annual Sales budget of infection control product for each subsidiary and consolidate.
    - Plan, monitor, and achieve annual Qty targets / budget of each Region.
    - Keep Update-to-date regarding subsidiaries countries Market potential/ Competitors’ activities.
    - Make development plan for each subsidiary for infection control product.
    - Ensuring the translation of Global Sales Strategy into local execution.
    - Monitor subsidiary efficiency and effectiveness in Key account management in their territory.
    - Provide Sales Technical and Clinical Product training to subsidiary team.
    - Arrange refresher Product Training of subsidiary team to well-equipped them Sales activities.
    - Visit each subsidiary minimum quarterly to work with them in field for clinical and Sales activities.
    - Liaison with Marketing, Operation, RA department in case subsidiary Sales in charge need support for infection control product.
    - During Visit meet with subsidiary distribution channel and ensure its line with Subsidiary Sales plan.
    - Those countries where direct operation through distributor, decide target, extend Clinical and Sales support and track performance.
    - Beginning of Year Product wise Plan and execute Key event/Congress in Region.
    - Share monthly business visit plan with VP Sales before 3rd of every month.
    - Monthly Sales meeting with VP and support departments up-to-date on Performance of subsidiary, distributor.
    - Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

  • 応募条件

    - Education Background:
    >> Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferable related to Busienss Study or Medical Study.

    - Experience:
    >> Minimum of 3 years of selling hospital disinfectant/infection prevention Product.
    >> Experiience in selling air purifirier has high advantage.
    >> Experience in overseas sales has advantage.

    - Others:
    >> Proven/documented success launching new products, growing product utilization.
    >> The ability to travel based on the requirements of the role.
    >> Must live in or be willing to relocate within defined territory.
