  • 仕事内容

    - Forecast and calculate company revenue and profit based on the job order.
    - Negotiation with the client (mainly the parent studio) and drafting of documents related to budget (cost estimation), work content, work period, etc., consequent upon receipt of project orders.
    - Checking monthly man-day consumption and cost, etc., and checking the content of invoices.
    - Internal staff allocation for purposes of operation management.
    - Internal resource management for purposes of recruiting.
    - Formulate personnel plans with each production group.

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    <MUST>
    -At least 3 years of experience in Production Management or Resource Management in the digital animation industry.
    -Experience with MS Office / Google Workspace(Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Chat, Drive, Docs, Sheets) - Shotgun.
    -Able to speak and write in English and Japanese proficiently in business environment
