    - Experience : At least 2 years of 【Distributor Management Skill (FMCG background)】
    - Interpersonal Relationships (Build strong relationships and relates well with others to drive results. Demonstrates and encourages collaboration and team work.)
    - Communication (Writes and speaks clearly, concisely with confidence. Able to present well to audiences.)
    - Good people management skills.
    - Negotiation skills (Strong negotiation skills and able to demonstrate multilevel selling.)
    - Problem solving skills (Able to think strategically in relation to trade matters.)
