  • Responsible for daily smooth operations of the warehouse department.
  • Control and manage the movement of inventory.
  • Monitor and ensure implementation of the operating system, reporting requirements and recommend changes for improvement.
  • Continuously improve the service level, speed of work and cost effectiveness of inventory management, warehousing, incoming and outgoing operations.
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure safety and security measures conform to requirement.
  • Troubleshoot problems in the department and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain inter-departmental rapport.
  • Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Conduct meetings and training of staff.
  • Staff performance appraisal.
  • Control and monitor overheads of the department.
  • Perform other functions and duties as and when assigned by the management.
