• 仕事内容

  - Daily Update of Project Progress to immediate superior.
  - Develop project QA/QC plans, inspection and test plans (ITP) as well as procedures and follow up actions through programmed surveillance visits to the subcontractor/suppliers and sites.
  - Develop and Implementation of project QA/QC plans, inspection and test plans as well as procedures. To liaise with main contractor QA/QC personal to incorporate with their format, prepare QA/QC procedure for the project according to the client requirements.
  - Interpret Construction and Technical Drawings from the Clients.
  - Communicate engineering/technical/ quality requirement to team individual.
  - Prepare Inspection Test plant for the project according to the Client’s requirements.
  - Co-ordinate with the client and assist site construction team for E&I Installation, Testing and commissioning works. - - Co-ordinate commissioning of electrical systems within the teams and stakeholders. Prepare handover inspection and test documentation and operation & maintenance manuals.
  - E&I material inspection at source and prepare punch list and clearance.
  - Perform Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance test for Electrical and Instrument systems.
  - Field Inspection of Electrical and Instrument Installation.
  - Conduct regular inspection & audit of site documentation system. Ensure implementation and following the guideline of the company quality management system and compliance to regulatory standards throughout the installation and inspection of the project.
  - Attend pre-inspection planning meetings/progress meetings.
  - To monitor the progress of projects.
  - Effective implementation and coordination of receiving inspection and disposition of non-conforming materials and equipment.
  - Target to achieve zero NCR for Electrical and Instrumentation Installation.
  - Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant.
