  • 仕事内容

    • The regional Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible to lead and manage the recruitment team and supporting the operating country's hiring. To lead the recruitment team to achieve the recruitment objectives, within the organization according to the agreed goals and approved budgets in line with the company’s overall strategies.
    • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes such as candidate sourcing through various job portals or other platforms, conducting screening, and interviewing qualified candidates for various roles.
    • Partnering and conducting recruitment strategy discussions with Hiring Managers to ensure a complete understanding of the job requirements and qualifications needed to assume the role.
    • Develop and build your network both online and offline with potential candidates to attract the best talents and set up a talent bank for Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia offices.
    • Develop new methods to approach and strategies to attract talents who will add value to the company.
    • Liaise with Local HR Personnel to follow up closely on recruitment status and to provide support when needed.
    • Participate in and organize recruitment conferences, events, job fairs, and meetups to network with industry professionals.
    • Participates in the onboarding process and gets frequent feedback from new hires
    • Provide support and execution to the Group’s Human Resources initiatives and projects relates to talent acquisition and talent management.
    • Responsible and working with the Marketing team for an employer branding campaign to promote company culture and talent attraction.
    • Perform other ad-hoc duties from time to time as required by the Immediate Manager.

  • 応募条件

    • He/She must have proven 5 years of work experience as Talent Acquisition in Corporate TA Team
    • Have experience and knowledge in talent management, onboarding, Learning & Development and Training for employee's retention purpose
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment and ability to adapt to change.
    • Have experience in recruiting different positions especially for executive level, managerial level and C-level
    • He/she must be willing to talk, listen and understand to the ground-level feedback and voice.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to influence and communicate with all levels of employees in the organization.
