• 仕事内容

  - Responsible for cost control, Fixed Assets registration, tagging & depreciation
  - Assist and work with Manager to execute task as given
  - Have knowledge of costing and basic analysis
  - Checking costing GL account (PPV issue & NRV issue)
  - Checking cost calculation accuracy
  - Checking prepayment, deposit account and reconcilation
  - Prepare journal voucher
  - Prepare accrual, prepayment and deposit account schedule
  - Reconcilation on unrealised gain/loss account
  - Checking on inventory item
  - Checking on FA reconcilation account and schedule
  - Checking monthly costing closing & FA closing
  - Have knowledge on SAP and check juniors task post into SAP
  - Checking monthly costing report
  - Checking and amend HQ quaterly report
  - Assist to prepare tax schedule
  - Assist for yearly inventory count
  - Assist for yearly fixed assets count
  - Prepare weekly cost by division
  - Coordinate with external auditor and tax agent during audit period (when necessary)
  - QMS ISO Committee member
  - Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the superior from time to time
