  - Work in-house, as part of a team, on various sized Laravel development projects
  - Understand and develop to written requirements
  - Interpret additional requirements from wireframe mockups as well as be able to work off verbal instruction
  - Write clean, readable, and performant code
  - Accomplish project deliverables while staying within the Laravel framework
  - Take a task, do research, present your findings, make and justify decisions, work on it independently, and deal with code review
  - Take responsibility for and ownership of code you write. Explain how it works and what it does (on a high level), even to non-technical people (sales, marketing)
  - Ability to work with standardized workflow. Tickets, PRs, code reviews etc.
