• 仕事内容

  -Maintaining the billing system.
  -Maintaining accounting files and records.
  -Posting of incoming and outgoing invoices and manage account statements.
  -Manages monthly closing activities and preparing related journal entries and reporting.
  -Performing day to day accounting operations such as invoicing posting, bank movement, cash allocation and clearing of vendors and customers accounts in SAP system.
  -Manage incoming and outgoing payments on bank portals.
  -Reconcile Inter-company accounts and third-party accounts and banks.
  -Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
  -Assisting in general financial management and analysis.
  -Maintaining customer master data / vendor master data in system.
  -Attend to sector’s queries.
  -Other adhoc activities assigned by the management if any.
