  1- Drafting, reviewing, and providing legal advice on all contracts or any other related agreements to which the Company has committed itself and assess legal implications that need to be brought to the Executive Management's attention.
  2- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that appropriate courses of action have been taken where legal risks have been identified. Providing legal protection and risk management advice to management.
  3- Review and advise management on the legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
  4- Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities.
  5- Negotiate, review and draft documentation for business transactions and prepare and advise on the necessary checklist to be adopted to ensure information is submitted on time.
  6- Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
  7- Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.
  8- Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.
