    • Prepare, execute and maintain the BIM Execution Plan.
    • Communicating and control timeline of any project work with outsourcer of BIM(Building Information Modeling)
    • Understand and have knowledge about the whole process of Design and can plan and control timeline of Project
    • Ongoing review of BIM project models, workflows, and methodologies to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
    • Provide leadership and vision to the firm in the area of BIM.
    • Scheduling deliverables.
    • Ad hoc assignments.

    They outsource BIM tasks, but there is no PIC to manage it such as timeline.
    BIM(Building Information Modeling)
    ※1years contract. after it depends on candidate performance, become full time employee.

    【Must】
    - Possess more than 5-7 years’ experience as BIM engineer
    - Possess background or experience of architecture
    or
    - Possess more than 5-7 years’ experience of project supervisor with BIM
    - Possess background or experience of architecture

    【Prefer】
    - Having working experience in Japanese company
