仕事内容
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan and make arrangement with appointed travel agent for hotel, flight and transport of employees and guests
- Review and propose for the hotel corporate rate
- Preparation of regularly scheduled report
- Develop and maintain a filing system under GDPMD’s requirements.
- Monitor and review facilities service agreement / contract
- Arrange for services / maintenance according to schedule
- Timely order of office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Provide general support to visitors
- Liaise and handle requests for issuance of PO
- Understand and ensure compliance to local regulations of the company (e.g. Medical Device Act and Regulations, etc.)

<Must>
- At least 1-2 years working experience
- Excellent administrative and organisation skills with attention to details
<Prefferble>
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Fluent in English and Malay英語
