Main Role : Existing frozen food development and maybe involved to the new products launch
1, To carry out R&D projects such as formulation, sample preparation and sensory evaluation.
2, To initiate research and development efforts to create new products.
3, To establish / maintain and update related work instructions, including analysis method, specification(recipe, ingredient list, nutritional fact) and document all project and samples status on time.
4, To conduct and monitor the preparation of prototype/ sample and to determine the process specifications predetermined in the lab.
5, To improve and/ or revise existing product formulations and/ or process if necessary to optimize productivity and cost.
6, To analyse data and liaise with related internal department to work towards products quality enhancement
7, Selection and quality control of raw materials used in products.

<Must>
- Language : English
- Education Background : Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Biotechnology, Food Science or equivalent field
- Experience : Fresh graduate or experience in R&D/ Quality in food industry
<Advantage>
- Have the knowledge in food sciences and has the work experiences in R&D food environment.
- Japanese skills.英語
