    • Dealing with customer inquiry
    • Prepare & Issuing document for all sales related
    • Liaise, arrangement and follow up for the sales services & goods with internal and external persons
    • Manage of sales collection
    • Prepare and submit monthly sales reports.
    • Assist with all strategic planning as required
    • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
    • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
    • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
    • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
    • Perform CRM administrative work such as data entry, list uploading, list cleansing and report
    • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

  • 応募条件

    - Education: Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary Scholl/SPM/ “O” Level, Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduated Diploma.
    - Experience: Over 2 Year(s) of working experience in sales coordinator or in other administrative positions.
    - Skill: Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point required.
    - Others:
    • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
    • Organized and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork.
