  You will be assigned to rubber production dept.
  
  Job scope includes but not limited to;
  - Support production by overseeing and coaching general workers and subordinates to ensure smooth operation
  - Arrange and plan the daily production with superior to ensure to meet customers' required delivery time.
  - Perform machine preventive maintenance according to schedule.
  - Ensure production schedule is met all the time.
  - Ensure workplace is always tidy and clean
  - Evaluate the quality and quantity of end products .
  - Enforce strict company safety and standard of guidelines
  - Preparation of progress and performance report
  - Implement 5S at production line
  - Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time by the superior
