• 仕事内容

  - Responsible for plating line products yield and output targeted by planner.
  - Throughout the statistical techniques study and establish process standard for process stability and process optimization. (Prepare the Process PPS, SOP, FMEA, Control Plan, Visual Aids &….).
  - To lead production team for continuous improvement project (in term of quality improvement, cost saving, productivity increasing, reduce scrap ….) - QCC or Lean project.
  - Responsible for the line "AU" consumption (mainly for the AU over usage).
  - Responsible for new process and product trial run or qual run.
  - New start up and line conversion, PPT set up.
  - Responsible for the defective reel disposition :-
  a. Analysis and reply the NCIR & OCAP, which issued by QA and Line Leader.
  b. Re sampling the defective reel for analysis and disposition.
  c. Develop the rework or sorting standard.
  - Work with QA on product quality related matter (especially customer feedback).
  - Prepare the Plating line, production monthly report.
  - Follow up and trouble shooting together with line technicians, if found any abnormality.
  - Responsible for verification and given the green light, for the line after Normal or Setup dumping.
  - Rotating Au top up during week end.
  - To handle other tasks and duties as and when requested by superior.

  - Top up Gold.
  - Stop line when found defective products.
  - Update and revise process control plan for Lab, Production, FMEA, PPS (Part Product Specifications), machine checklist, parameter setting in process.
