  - manage and monitor project timeline
  - Well verse in IT software process, design
  - Good communication skills ( Within Fujitsu management team and vendor, and PIC is Japan)
  - Ensure that assign project is delivered on-time, within Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  - Lead and manage implementation
  - Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  - Report and escalate to management / client / vendor.
  - Manage the relationship with third parties/vendor.
  - Manage end to end delivery of the project
  * go to client office 1 time/ week,
  but at the beginning of the project, PM will work on site at the client's office around 1 month.
