  [Main purpose of the job]
  - Secretarial Support to the MD. (40% in total)
  Communicating and liaising with HQ, RHQ and Hitachi Group of Companies on matter related to MD Office.
  - Sales Support for EISS* GM. (30%)
  - Administrative Support to all expatriates (accommodation, car, etc) and general office (30%)

  [Job Contents]
  - Arrange and coordinate daily schedule, meetings, conferences, reservations for the Managing Director.
  - Take meeting minutes and follow up on issues raised during meetings. Ensure that all actions have been taken by related parties. Maybe required to accompany MD to attend meeting, if necessary.
  - Assist in compiling data, reports of slides for meetings and other administrative work.
  - Maintains important and confidential records, schedules, etc. Perform translation work from Japanese to English and vice versa when required.
  - Assist Business Unit in administrative work related to the MD office, eg. Sales activities support, document preparation, etc.
  - Visit Hitachi Group of Companies or customers, if necessary.
  - Assist Corporate Office in administrative work related to all expatriate and general office administration.
  - Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
