  <Position Summary>
  ・ This position will be responsible to training Global Desk call center, Including other country.
  ・mainly give training for Malaysia and Australia branch
  ・ He/she can provide training in English (possibility of giving training for other countries)
  ・ Experience for developing managers (leaders, etc.) as well as communicators
  ・ Providing trainers training and evaluating / training other trainers
  ・ Education programs and lesson plans can be created
  ・ Analyze the results of training and reflect PDCA cycle in a better curriculum
  * Obligation to attend a client-designated trainer certification
