  Job Purpose
  - To responsible of goals, plan, control and ensure the smooth operations of all Business Control function (Business Planning, Production Planning and Procurement section)

  Key Roles and Responsibilities
   To set department level short and long term goals (Q.C.D.M) and Action Plans inline with division with division & company goals direction
   To ensure smooth operation of Business Control activities 9Business Planning, Production Planning & Procurement) in achieving Q.C.D.S goals.
   To consistently review and improve all the Business Control activities
   To set the yearly budget with Division Manager with strategies/action plan and consistently monitor, control and review to ensure the achievement.
   To consistently analyze the market demand by quarter yearly, half year and yearly and provide accurate forecast and coordinate with related parties to achieve the production capacity plan and sales plan smoothly.
   To initiate, enforce and implement the Total Customer Satisfaction to all internal and external customers.
   To evaluate and propose on Factory cost pricing matter with BU
   To assist Division Manager in all matters related to Business Control function.
   To plan effective training / education programs to enhance staff efficiency and productivity.
   To cultivate and create a cheerful, responsible and team spirit workplace among staff.
   To initiate and enforce optimum inventory
   To plan effective training and education program to enhance staff efficiency and productivity.
   Responsible on preparing budget data and quarterly estimate.
   Responsible for Division & business management report
   To review and share demand information to suppliers.
   Total slow moving raw material & import parts management.
   Total coordination of new product launch & mass production
   To monitor & analyst scrap trend for abnormality
