  Job Scope:
  • Define, plan and manage project milestone activities.
  • Lead the product development teams, sales teams, customers and internal departments during the new products development.
  • Develops project objectives and controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, plan, schedule changes and recommending actions.
  • Work with design teams to develop effective manufacturing processes and techniques which to meet product requirements.
  • New project schedule handling and planning to meet customer on-time requirements.
  • Performs Design for Manufacturability study on all new projects and propose the improvement to customers.
  • To liaise with customer for any quality issues during new product development.
  • Establish working instructions, workmanship standards and process documents, and ensure they are followed with project team members.
  • Be a part of global project team with resources in China and Europe
