  * Processing payments, monitoring operation and control of bank accounts and accounting related matters
  * Manage ad-hoc task/project as assigned from time to time
  * Liases with external parties such as company secretaries,auditor, banker, tax agent and authorizes
  * Assist in monitor of yearly budget
  * Assist in preparation of tax computation and deferred tax
  * Assist in the preparation of internal control document
