  LOGISTICS :
  • Perform and monitor the daily forwarding shipments closely
  • Coordinate and liaise with shippers, consignee, customer, vendor on the schedule,
  documentation and delivery arrangement
  • Execute response customer inquiries and provide logistics solutions effectively
  • Execute the improvement implementation for operational efficiency
  • issue the invoice
  
  WAREHOUSE :
  • Monitor and control warehouse operational and inventory management
  • Ensure accurancy of stock and daily data inputjob to warehouse management system
  • Planning and execute cargoes movements in timely and safe manner
  • Lead the group team and supervise the manpower in efficiency and effectiveness
  • Response on customer operational issue and provide effective countermeasure solutions
  
  SALES :
  • In charge of quotation, attend and follow-up on sales and customer service inquires
  • Main sales contact for prospect and existing customers, promote sales and expand on
  business opportunities
  • Providing forwarding/logistics solutions services
  • Foster and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Developing new business network and coordination arrangement
