  Assigned for the Sales Department, Mainly in charge of Sales developing and managing sales team, report to Admin Manager.
  Sometimes visit their manufacturing factory in Klang to attend meeting.
  
  • Sales activity of their main products- Air compressor
  • Clients Existing : New = 7 : 3
  • Attend the meeting with their dealers (number of dealers: 12, Japanese & Local companies )
  • How to sell their air-compressor - Direct Sales : Dealer = 3 : 7
  • Supervise sales team, motivate staff and manage their KPI and sales conditions
  • Make and submit the report to Japanese GM
  • Support GM in need
  • Follow up with their customers
  • Provide technical advise about the products (air compressor)
