  • 仕事内容

    Main responsibilities: Account Receivable

    1. Assist in AR funtions: Issue AR Invoice, monitor & verify daily collection, prepare AR aging reconciliation, debtor statement and Credit Control issue.
    2. Handling of banks books including bank reconciliation.
    3. Perform filing and general administrative tasks.
    4. Assist in monthly accounts reconciliations & month end closing.
    5. Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
    6. Supporting AP functions
    7. Willing to work at Bandar Tasik Selatan.
    8. Able to start work immediately would be advantage.

    - Language : Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, English.
    - Education Background : Doesn't matter
    - Experience : At least 1-2 years as Account Receivable
    - Require Skill : AR, Familiar in MS Excel and word
    - Certificate : None
    - Others : Add advantage with knowledge in Oracle System.

    Basic Salary: 2,500-3,000

    - AL : Incremental by year of services base on job grade starting with the minimum of 10 days to the maximum of 26 days per year
