  - Source, select and negotiate for quality, price terms, deliveries and services with suppliers and sub-contractors
  - Propose material and determine/finalize items.
  - Work closely with production scheduling and material requirement planning
  - Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers (local and overseas) to ensure that all items are delivered to store on time
  - Responsible for preparation and process of purchase order and inventory checking/report
  - Delivery Arrange of documentation (to the customer)
